As a practicing lawyer, you may keep up with the latest cyber threats – particularly those that make the news. But do you communicate those threats to your staff? Are you making sure your firm’s employees are protecting themselves from phishing attempts and business email compromise scams?

We created this sample letter for insureds to share with staff, especially if you don’t currently require employees to undergo cybersecurity training. It’s a light-hearted way to make sure your staff is aware of the most common scams and how to avoid them.

It is our goal at AIM to provide our policyholders with insurance that helps reduce risk and keeps your business safe. AIM’s lawyer professional liability policy offers cyber coverage for first-party exposures like ransomware attacks, as well as third-party coverage for claims alleging liability for a data breach. If you have questions about our cyber liability insurance offerings, call or email us today.
